Our cancellation policy
An appointment reminder will be sent out the day before. We require 24 hours advance notice if an appointment needs to be cancelled or rescheduled.
On the day cancellations and missed appointments will be charged in full.
Our payment policy
Payment for the appointment is required at the time of attendance.
Methods of payment are: cash or internet banking (prior to appointment or at time of appointment)
